Q: How can I return a purchase?
A: Please refer to our Return and Refunds policy and email our Customer Care Team to assist: bcy.customerservice@sja.ca.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within Canada.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the website.

Q: Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address as long as the order has not already shipped from our Distribution Center. If the order has already shipped, we will do our best to redirect your shipment to the updated address on your behalf.
